Returns without a defect

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving your order without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions allowed by Egyptian law. The product must be in the same condition in which it was sold and include its original packaging, parts, accessories and enclosed materials.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products

If a product is defective, damaged on arrival or different from the confirmed order, contact us within 30 days after receiving it. Please provide the order number, customer name, a description of the issue and clear photos when helpful.

For an accepted defect or order error, we provide the remedy required by applicable law without additional cost to the customer. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever possible.

الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بدون عيب

يمكنك طلب استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب دون الحاجة إلى ذكر سبب، مع مراعاة الاستثناءات التي يسمح بها القانون المصري. يجب أن يكون المنتج بالحالة التي تم بيعه بها وأن يشمل العبوة الأصلية وجميع القطع والملحقات.

المنتج المعيب أو التالف أو غير المطابق

إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو وصل تالفًا أو مختلفًا عن الطلب المؤكد، تواصل معنا خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام. أرسل رقم الطلب واسم العميل ووصف المشكلة وصورًا واضحة عند الحاجة.

عند قبول الحالة نقدم الحل الذي يقرره القانون دون تكلفة إضافية على العميل. يتم رد المبالغ للطلبات المقبولة باستخدام طريقة الدفع الأصلية كلما كان ذلك ممكنًا.
