PlayRoots Terms of Service
These terms apply to purchases from PlayRoots Toys in Egypt. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Products and orders
Product descriptions, images, availability and prices are shown in the store and may change. An order is accepted when PlayRoots confirms it. We may contact you to correct an address or clarify order details before dispatch.
Payment
Cash on delivery is payable to the courier. For InstaPay or mobile-wallet payment, send the full amount to mobile wallet 01009436182. In InstaPay select the Wallet icon, not Bank Account, and send the receipt with your order number. We process prepaid orders after verification.
Returns and support
Returns, exchanges and defective-product remedies follow our Return and refund policy and applicable Egyptian law. Contact us at +20 100 943 6182 or help@playrootstoys.com.
Store use
Use the store lawfully and do not copy, misuse or interfere with its content or operation. PlayRoots is the seller for all purchases; Shopify provides the commerce platform.
شروط استخدام PlayRoots
تسري هذه الشروط على المشتريات من PlayRoots Toys داخل مصر. عند تنفيذ الطلب، تؤكد أن البيانات التي تقدمها صحيحة وأنك مخول باستخدام طريقة الدفع المختارة.
المنتجات والطلبات
تظهر أوصاف المنتجات وصورها وتوافرها وأسعارها في المتجر وقد تتغير. يتم قبول الطلب عند تأكيد PlayRoots له. قد نتواصل معك لتصحيح العنوان أو توضيح بيانات الطلب قبل الإرسال.
الدفع
الدفع عند الاستلام يتم إلى مندوب الشحن. في حالة الدفع عبر إنستاباي أو محفظة الهاتف، أرسل المبلغ كاملًا إلى محفظة رقم 01009436182. في إنستاباي اختر أيقونة Wallet وليس Bank Account، وأرسل إيصال الدفع مع رقم الطلب. نعالج الطلب بعد التحقق من التحويل.
الاسترجاع والدعم
تخضع عمليات الاسترجاع والاستبدال ومعالجة المنتجات المعيبة لسياسة الاسترجاع ورد المبلغ والقانون المصري. تواصل معنا على +20 100 943 6182 أو help@playrootstoys.com.
استخدام المتجر
استخدم المتجر بطريقة قانونية ولا تنسخ أو تسيء استخدام محتواه أو تعطل تشغيله. PlayRoots هو البائع لجميع المشتريات، بينما توفر Shopify منصة التجارة الإلكترونية.
